Samuel E. Paul


Samuel E. Paul graduated from Plymouth State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Professional Communications. In 2011, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Small Business Institute of America Certificate. As a student, he was part of a consulting group that was #1 in the country in Business Planning for Small Businesses. Prior to becoming a Partner at New York Life, Sam made New York Life's Executive Council in 2014, 2015, and 2016 as an agent and was top 16 in Strive for Excellence in Northeastern Agencies in 2014. At the New Hampshire General Office, he captured the New York Life's Rookie of the Year Award, Career Producer Award, and Career Life Success Award all in his first year 2014. Sam also holds the Young Advisors Team Chair for National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA).













Paul E. Etienne


Paul E. Etienne was born in Haiti on August, 26 1971, he is married with two children and has spent half of his life in Haiti where he finished high school and attended college a year later. It was at this time that Paul pursued his first job with a video club. After 3 months working for the video club, Paul was recruited by a radio operator, ICI (International Charter Incorporated), an American company that provides helicopter support to the United Nations in Haiti. In April 2000, Paul moved to United States and went back to complete his education while simultaneously working two jobs to support his family. Paul graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Management Studies at Cambridge College. Following graduation, Paul was recruited by Bankers Life and Casualty Insurance Company and started his insurance career at the start of 2008. After spending four and a half years at Bankers Life, Paul moved on to begin his career with New York Life in August 2012. After qualifying for four consecutive Councils, Paul was promoted to Associate Partner in February 2017.













Michael Parolin

Senior Development Manager


In my role as Senior Development Manager, my foundational strategies are rooted in ensuring each and every Agent I train and develop is given the best chance to succeed.  New York Life Insurance Company has one of the most comprehensive training programs available for life insurance Agents in the insurance industry.

Michael is a 1979 Graduate of Merrimack College with a B.A. in Economics having earned the prestigious Merrimack Medal for Student Service.  Michael also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Designation, the Chartered Life Underwriter Designation, Chartered Financial Consultant Designation and the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow Designation from The American College.

Michael began his career in 1979 with Allstate Insurance as a claims representative and manager.  In 1986 he opened an Allstate Insurance Agency in Burlington, Vermont spending 25 years.  In 2008, Michael was presented the B.H. Zais Award for Meritorious Service and the Advancement of the Highest Ideals and Principles of the Profession of Financial Counseling by the Vermont Chapter of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  In 2010, New York Life relocated Michael to Maine and then to New Hampshire in his current role with New York Life Insurance Company as Senior Development Manager.

Michael is married to his wife Denise and together with three adult children, enjoy outdoor sports and activities in Maine and New Hampshire all year round.



John Six

Service Leader

John Six began his career at New York Life in 2007 as an Associate Service Leader in the New Hampshire GO.  Since 2008 he’s been a Service Leader in the Vermont GO, the Connecticut Valley GO, and now back in New Hampshire.  Along the way, he’s earned his Series 7, Series 99, MBA, CLU, and ChFC designations.

John moved back home to NH this past summer with his wife Christina, sons Casey and Jack, and daughter Julia.  John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching his kid’s sports teams, and playing in men’s basketball and softball leagues.



Nick Inglese

Director of Agency Standards

Nick Inglese started his financial services career as a stock broker in 1991 and later became an investment consultant working for bank retail investment programs.  In 1997 he joined the predecessor of New York Community Bank as part of a vigorous expansion into supermarket banking. 

Nick came to New York Life after over 13 years as the compliance and training officer for CFS Investments, the retail investment subsidiary of New York Community Bank.  While with New York Community Bank, he facilitated the investment licensing and training of hundreds of bank employees during a period of major expansion.   As compliance officer he guided CFS Investments through the regulatory turmoil of the early 2000s, seamlessly through several broker-dealer changes and over saw the incorporation of new financial consultants and platform personnel as the result of a number of bank mergers.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and a Masters of Business Administration from Hofstra University.  Nick is married to his wife Lisa and son, Nicholas and is an avid golfer and sports fan.
